Hello, my daughter was born in Japan, her mother is Japanese and I am American. We named her Cheimi, and I can not remember the kanji that we gave her. Her mother and I are divorced after 21 years and getting help from her is not an option.
I remember the following.
"chi" was for "wisdom", but there was something unique about the kanji, it wasn't the usual one. It has the "day" symbol at the bottom. like the "ni" of nihongo.I think.
"e" was for graceful
"mi" was for bountiful harvest, not the usual "beautiful"
Thank you.
