There is a HUGE story that is associated with this name. For all the Madina Lake fans, there is a song called Adalia, but there is a long story about a socialite named Adalia. She goes missing for her home in Madina Lake after receiving an 'Auspice' telling her to protect herself from something. The towns goes awol when she disappears.

It's a biblically masculine name, just like how Elijah, Isaiah, Hezekiah, Jebediah and Josiah are masculine. Like: Ad-a-lie'-ya. I like it. It would also be pretty for a girl pronounced Ad-a'-lee-a.
