I know that this name is masculine, but I've always seen it as slightly feminine. Does anyone else here agree with me? But it is beautiful for both genders, of course. I just prefer it on a girl.

I think that a lot of Irish/Gaelic names for men often have a slightly feminine sound to those of us who are used to the more Anglicized names. But it is a very beautiful name.

It sounds feminine to me too. In fact, I'm going to use it as a name for a female sim I'm making (in the Sims 2 computer game). I think it's a nice name for either gender. :)
