This would be said as "KIN-ayd".

The name Cinaed is pronounced Kin-Ord. Ci in Scottish Gaelic is pronounced K in Irish, Si is pronounced Sh as in Sinaed, and as in Siobhan pronounced Sh-a-vaughn.
