Fabiola is gorgeous. It sounds so beautiful. It's got everything going for it (to me); lots of vowels, stressed "o", and it ends in -iola. Fabiola is graceful, passionate, elegant, dark, mysterious, and seductive.

And you get the lovely Lola as a nickname. I'm jealous of anyone called this!
