Flutura sounds like a very cute name. It's sweet and would be great for a little girl, but I don't think it sounds like a name for an adult.

I think this is a beautiful name! In my mind I'm pronouncing it like "Fla-too-ra" with the first U quite shortened.

I'm using this name as a character in one of my stories (she commonly goes by "Butterfly", though), and she's a bit of a hellion. I chose this name because I kept thinking of the phrase "social butterfly", and I think it fits.
