Comments for GODRIC:
In the Harry Potter books by JK Rowling, Godric Gryffindor is one of the four founders of Hogwarts. Gryffindor house students are usually distinguished by their courage and bravery. This is the house that the majority of 'good' characters in the books belong to (eg Harry, Hermione, the Weasley family, Neville etc).-- reservoirdoll1987 7/28/2005
Also in the Harry Potter books, there is a village called Godric's Hollow, where Harry's parents, Lily and James, lived. Harry is expected to return there in the last book.-- Emmasj 1/12/2007
I think this is quite a nice name, and quite magical-sounding really, due to the Harry Potter connections. :)-- walesgal92 7/23/2009
