Comments for ING:

The temptation is to add a hyphen before it, as in, '-ing'. Why not just name your baby, '-ed' instead. At least 'Ed' can pass for a whole name!

Well, Ed is hardly the name of an old Norse God, is it? The world is bigger than USA. In fact, Ing is not usually used as a name for people in Sweden but compound names like the female Inga, Inger, Ingrid and the male Ingvar and Inge.

I agree with the above poster. The world IS bigger than the United States. (I'm from the US too)

The name Ing is hardly the same as the name 'Ed'. Ing is a really interesting name too. It's the beginning of quite a few names!
