I really don't know what comments like the ones above are for, as they are obviously written by people who don't think twice. I doubt someone in the U.S. would call his/her daughter Nīga, yes, of course - but after all, it's a KURDISH name, so I don't see why you people write something about "Who the hell would call his child Nīga?!", because in Turkey, Armenia etc. it's a normal name and a very beautiful one, too. Just because it makes YOU think of the word "nigger" doesn't mean it's a name that cannot be used at all.
