I know a girl (yes a GIRL, not a BOY) named Quincey. I think the name "Quincey" is a very perky name, and maybe it's just because I don't know any guys with this name, but it is definitely a girl's name.

To the above poster, Quincey is not a girl name just because people use it on girls. I mean, I know a girl named James, but does that make it any less of a boy name? Nope. Don't be so ignorant. =/
