Australian Aboriginal Languages

Australian Aboriginal languages are spoken by the original peoples of Australia. They include several languages and language families, including the Pama–Nyungan language family.

Before European contact, the aboriginal people and their languages had been isolated from the rest of the world for over 50,000 years.
