Runic Alphabet

The Runic alphabet is an extinct alphabet (or a set of related alphabets) which was used to write the Germanic languages.

It is possibly descended from an Italic or Etruscan alphabet, which were derived from the Greek alphabet, which was derived from the Phoenician alphabet.
