Melanthios is my author name, I've used it since I was a wee teenager and found this site for the first time, looking for names that meant 'dark flower' (hey, i was fourteen, give me a break). I love that Melanthios is a soft meaning for a boy name, so I kept it through my transition. Someday I hope to use it in real life in a professional writing context.
