Comments for AMEN:

Well, you know what people would say. ^-^

When praying, many people end their prayers with the word "Amen". My parents always told me that "Amen" in this context means "I agree".
-- Pippin  4/17/2008
This is an anagram of mean, so it's a bad name.

Think about it: Amen is what people say when they're done praying. This means zip, done, no more. What a terrible thing to call your child!

As the word to end prayers, Amen comes from Hebrew and means "so be it". The name Amen, however, is completely unrelated to it. It ultimately comes from Egyptian, and means "the hidden one".
As to the comment above: 'Name' itself is an anagram of mean. Does it mean (pun most definitely intended) it's a bad word?

This would be a weird name to have.
