I knew a girl in first grade named Analie who was Spanish. I know it's a different spelling, but they're pronounced the same way.

Actually, while Analie would be pronounced AH-nah-lee, Anelie (or Annelie) is pronounced AH-nə-lee. This may not seem like a big difference to an English speaker but it sounds quite different to German or Spanish ears. ;)
