Antonina

This is a really nice name. One of my friends has this name (she is Russian) but we call her Toni. I think it goes well with long Italian middle names (eg. Francesca, Gabriella, Isabella).

I love this name a lot! So elegant and pretty sounding. My 3rd Great-grandmother's name was Antonina.

Another great name which I have never heard of! I actually thought I made this name up because I would like to name my next child after my late father, Anthony, whether it's a boy or a girl. I also love the name Nina so I put the names together and "made up" Antonina. I looked it up on a whim and was so excited that it's a real name because I don't really like made up names.
