Also spelled AOEDE. Goddess of the Arts. Worshipped in Greece. Associated with Zeus [father], Mnemosyne was her mother and Mneme [memory] was her sister. Metete [meditation] was her other sister.
Aoide means "song" or "singing", not "to sing", which is said "aoidao".
