Romanian singer Arsenium, his real name is Arsenie (which is spelt different from Arseniy but Arsenie is not in this database).

I don't think he was a SINGER, I think he just used that name for the Eurovision and he wasn't really anyone else. And I don't think Arsenie and Arseniy are pronounced the same way.
