One of my good friend's name is Asmaa. Unfortunately many of her former school teachers would pronounce it like Asthma, or Osama, but regardless I love her name. It's very pretty.

You say it as "as - maa". People get confused and pronounce it as asthma or aaaa-smaaaa.

Asmah. I've got an H on the end of my name because of the little H on the end of the Arabic way of spelling it. Love my name.
