Aurelia has never been a hugely common name in Poland, but it's definitely known and used. Last year (2022), 678 baby girls were given this name, placing it at #54 in the girls' ranking. I wouldn't be surprised if, in the age of Lauras, Kornelias and Amelias, Aurelia made it even higher in the coming years. 172 other girls received Aurelia as their middle name last year, making it the 81st most popular middle name for girls. As of January this year, there have been 14510 Aurelias in Poland. It is the 163rd most common name for women. 5341 additional women bear it as their middle, which means that Aurelia is the 144th most common middle name for women in Poland. It's hard to find precise data on the popularity of Polish baby names past 2000's, but to me Aurelia feels quite strongly like an 80's name. Again, it was never super popular or common, and it fits quite well with a lot of current naming trends for girls (a lot of vowels, -lia ending, Ancient Roman, very soft-sounding), so I wouldn't say it feels dated, but it feels like it must have peaked in popularity some time during late gen X and early-ish millennial because most Aurelias I come across are in that age range. Also a lot of people confuse it with Kornelia here, it seems to be some weird universal phenomenon that if you're an Aurelia, you're going to be mistakenly called Kornelia by a lot of folks and vice versa. Eulalia seems to be frequently confused with Aurelia too. Some people seem to see it as a bit pretentious, not sure why as it's a pretty classic name and while never common, I guess it must have been around over here for quite some time. An Aurelia could celebrate her name day on 25 September, or with Aureli on 27th July. Nicknames may include: Aurelka, Aurela, Aurelcia, Aura, Aurka, Aurusia, Aurunia, Relka, Reli, Orelka, Auri, Ela, Elka etc.
Aurelia is also Finnish and Estonian. The diminutive form of Aurelia in Finland is Aura. The name day for Aurelia in Estonia is June 18.

Not uncommon in Lithuania, BUT with the spelling Aurelija.
Aurelia just barely missed the top 1000 for 2012, tying with abbey, Dalia, and wren with 250 babies being given the name.
The name was borne by several minor early saints, but its revival as a given name in the 17th century is probably due to its meaning rather than association with any of them.
Also used in Portugal and Brazil, and is spelled Aurélia.
I've only known this name as a Hispanic name.
