Ayane Kurihara is a female Japanese badminton player. She began playing badminton at 9 years of age, and played competitively from that age. She became a member of the Japan national badminton team at the age of 19. Her current partner is Naru Shinoya for women's doubles and Kenta Kazuno for mixed doubles. Kurihara is scheduled to compete with her partner in mixed doubles at the 2016 Summer Olympics to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Ayane Miura is a Japanese model, singer, actress. As an actress she portrayed Sadako Yamamura in the 1995 Japanese TV movie Ring.

Miura has appeared in several V-Cinema films. In 1996 she appeared in an entry in the popular Rapeman series. Miura's episode, The Rape-Man of Edo takes the concept of the series into samurai milieu.

Ayané is the name of the main character in a story I'm writing. That actually is a little funny, because I made the name from my own imagination, and I didn't knew it was a real name.
