Azriel

Hi My Name Is Azriel Phoenix and I am a man, and I love my name Azriel for truly Yahavah helps. It is true the name Azriel in the beginning was a masculine name but today this name is like Uriel, and Gabriel, unisex names. After all, what is in the name? A name edifies the characteristic of a soul that defines who they really are. That is why Yahavah changed Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah, Jacob to Israel and the list goes on.

The only Azriel I know is a girl, her middle name is Alina. Really feminine! I was surprised to see this name as masculine, because that girl was really cute and I wanted to look up to her. She’s really cute and girly! I know this is supposed to be a masculine name, but I only like this name for a girl! It’s delicate and elegant! I really don’t care for the name on a boy though! Way too feminine! I don’t like it for a boy as it’s too prissy as hell! Guys, don’t name your son this! There are so many masculine names to choose from (despite the boy name on girl trend, so every name a boy has is girly XD), just don’t use Azriel for a boy!

I think the spelling Azrael is better. 'Azriel' doesn't look quite right, so I'm not a fan.

I can't help but think of the evil cat from the smurfs when I hear this name. For me, it has a really negative feeling associated with it. I wouldn't trust a person with this name.
