A famous bearer of this name could be Ben Skywalker, one of my favorite Star Wars characters; in my opinion, he is one of the funniest characters. Others could be Ben's more famous eponym Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi, Dr. Ben Warren from Grey's Anatomy, and Ben Parker from Spider-Man.

The villain of the 2015 film 'The Force Awakens' was named Ben by his parents (perhaps in honour of Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi) but chose the name Kylo Ren for himself.
Ben Walton was the son of John and Olivia Walton on the tv show the Waltons. In one of the later seasons, he married a girl named Cindy and they have a baby.
It's an ok name, but I personally think it's too common. This is the name of the main character in National Treasure, and also one of the characters in Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke.
