I think as in the case of the name Lily. Very nice, but it should be used only as a nickname, not as a full name. Why? Because it doesn't age well at all, sounds childish, and in the future, when your daughter is an adult, she may have some problems with that name. If you like Berry so much, choose Beatrice, Berenice, Berinthia, Bernice, Bernadette, Bernadine, Berneen, Bertha, Berthe or Bette, and affectionately call her Berry. I think it is the most suitable option.

I would only name a pet this. Very cute and sweet for a cat or bunny, but really awkward for a human. I would actually rather Cherry than this.
