The usage seems to be more masculine as of recent, but has been used as a feminine name as well for decades (https://scotland.shinyapps.io/nrs-baby-names/). From 86' to 2001 the name seems to have been used/seen as unisex, but from then onward became more popular as a masculine name. Some people are still using it as a feminine name, though, as the govt info shows.

I have only ever seen Brodie used for girls, while the spelling Brody is used for boys.
