It's not pronounced like Catalina, which is used in many Spanish speaking countries and pronounced kah-tah-LEE-na.The Romanian variant of the name is not Catalina but Cătălina and the pronunciation is keh-teh-LEE-na, an "ă" is not pronounced like an "a" in Romanian, so the pronunciation differs from that of the Spanish name Catalina.

I believe this is pronounced kuh-tuh-lee-nah.
