You might want to add Caiaphas to the "Biblical Latin" category and perhaps also specify that it is a latinization of Καϊάφας (Kaiaphas), since the name found its way into Biblical Latin via Biblical Greek.• Caiaphas (name): https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Caiaphas (in English)
• Caiaphas (biblical character): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caiaphas (in English) [noted -ed]
Caiaphas was the lead Pharisee and an opponent of Jesus in the Gospels. He turns Jesus over to Pilate requesting crucifixion. This name sounds all kinds of awesome, but I would strongly discourage anyone from naming their child this. It would be cruel if you lived in a Christian-majority country. I would discourage Pontius, Judas, and Annas, all on the same merit.
This name is probably a Greek form of the Aramaic name Qafa.
