The "C" is said as a hard "K." "A" as in "Father." The two "LL"s must not become one, they must be distinctly pronounced, which is most easily accomplished by slightly lengthening them and placing added stress on the vowel following (in this case, "I," becoming "EE"). "O" is as in "Oasis," a round "Oh."
