My legal name was based on this name, but my parents spelled it Caelinn. I've always thought it was an interesting and unique name. To all my knowledge, even in its original spelling, it was pronounced Kay-lin. I'm not sure if this is still true, I'm kind of just going off of my intuition and an old book of Celtic names and meanings.
Pronunciation: http://forvo.com/search/Caoilfhionn/
My name is Caoilfhionn and even though it is hard to pronounce everyone seems to love it. The pronunciation isn't that hard but people are wary of the spelling. Again it is not said like Keelen it is much broader. I work with people from many different parts of the world and they are all able to pronounce it perfect but if I wrote it out for them they get confused.
In Irish, Caoilfhionn is pronounced "Qweelonn", approximately. My daughter is so named and that is how we call her. "Keelin" is the same name, but pronounced as you wrote.
