I like this name, and I believe it's more common than the K spelling in Sweden. Carina is nice and pretty, but I don't get the same wintry feel as I do with Karina. Karina also looks better in my opinion, so Karina it is.

I love the name Karina or Katrina, but I can't stand K's! I love Carina and Catrina. It's just so pretty.
