Comments for CEFERINO:

Ceferino is also the Galician form of Zephyrinus.

Ceferino is a variant of CÉFIRO (note the accent over the "e"). "Céfiro" means "zephyr", the Western Wind (or Wind from the West, people don't seem to agree).

Ceferino is pronounced three ways in Spanish: either "sheh-feh-REE-no" (soft "sh" like in Shirley), "theh-feh-REE-no" or "seh-feh-REE-no".

It's the same with Céfiro:
SHEH-fee-ro
THEH-fee-ro
SEH-fee-ro

The pronunciation depends on whether the "c" is pronounced correctly or not, whether the speaker hisses or lisps. The last pronunciation in both names is the most widespread.
