This is my name and I love it.
Better than any other form and Christa is a good nickname (or Bista, in my case)-- Anonymous User 1/21/2008
Personally don't really like the name Christabel, but I do like it when it is spelt with a K at the beginning and Bella at the end, which altogether spells out Kristabella. I think this variant both sounds and looks pretty.-- chrissiali 3/2/2008
Absolutely love this name! Love the way it rolls around your tongue, how it sounds, the meaning behind it, too. Beautiful! I would definitely name my first daughter this, or maybe Christabella. :)-- annekb94 10/24/2008
Lovely poem, lovely meaning, beautiful name.-- walesgal92 6/6/2009
It can also be a combination of Christina and Isabel.-- alberto 6/24/2009
Hmm, I really like this name but it kind of sounds like Cristobal when you say it out loud.-- kirluci 11/10/2009
This is pretty much my favorite girls' name. It's so delicate and princessy. I guess the girl could be called Chris if she's a tomboy. I go by Christie so the girl would probably be called Kit to avoid confusion with myself. Kit is the best nickname for Christabel.-- Meapergirl 12/14/2011
