Comments for CHRISTABELLE:
The name Christabelle is Spanish in origin and means "Beautiful".-- Christabelle501 10/23/2005
This is such a beautiful name and I love the meaning of it, beautiful christian. I have seen it spelled Kristabel and Kristabelle too. With the popularity of Isabelle and Annabelle I am surprised this name isn't used more.-- Anonymous User 5/29/2006
I've never heard of this name before but on a first impression, I really like it! I think it's not just really cute but it seems sophisticated too! And you can go by Christa, Belle, Kris, or just Christabelle! Wonderful name!-- Anonymous User 7/30/2006
What if the poor girl wants to convert? What if she becomes an atheist? It's such a cutesy name too, though she could probably go by Bel or Chris. Beautiful Christian? Perhaps, but seriously you cannot promise a girl is going to remain a Christian.-- Anonymous User 2/6/2007
Oh please, that's just silly. What about Christopher, Christian, Christina etc, those names are not worn by "true" Christians only but I've never heard anyone complain about it, have you? These are pretty names and the religious aspect of them only makes them more pretty if you chose to take it into consideration. Me like.-- Tango 2/26/2007
Ugh. This name just sounds so frilly and terrible! It sounds like a name for a Disney princess.-- Anonymous User 2/13/2009
Yuck! I don't like it at all. It sounds way too frilly and wouldn't suit a 60 year old.-- Anonymous User 6/1/2009
It's weird how all the comments are anonymous. I really, really like Christabel but the extra -le makes it look frillier and therefore trendier.-- Meapergirl 12/16/2011
