Crystal is lovely but this is just unnecessary and complicated. It looks really badly misspelled.
If you don't want Crystal you could use the traditional German Christel (pronounced roughly the same) or the French Christelle (krees-TELL).

No, it's just another spelling of Crystal. One of the more sane ones, as compaired to Khrystelle and the like. Being a Christan myself, I don't think that there's any rule saying that I have to have the word "Christ" in my words as often as possible.
