There are a few variants of this name - Ciannaid, Cianna and Ciana. I personally think they're much prettier, especially Cianna. With the exceptions of Bláthnat, Fiannait and Violet, I don't really like any girl's name that ends in -ait/-at/-et/-ette. They're too harsh sounding, in my opinion.
