Csenge is a mistaken copy of the name Kinga (formerly Chinge). It is unrelated with the word 'cseng'. It is pronounced with only one 'g'.
I've never heard about the relationship between the word cseng and the name Csenge. I read about two other ways:
1. Short form of Csengele (from Turkish), means: jungle.
2. Wrong medieval pronunciation of Kinga (Kinga is Hungarian diminutive of German Kunigunde), means: fight of nations. But I also think the right pronunciation is CHEN-ge. [noted -ed]
