Ebru also has the meaning 'eyebrow' in Turkish. Eyebrows hold an important cultural meaning in beauty in Turkish culture. In divan literature, an era that was very much influenced by Persian culture, eyebrows of one's lover or wife are mentioned quite often. I think Ebru is such a beautiful name, much like the poems that were written about beautiful frames of the mentioned lovers.
