With an "a" at the end of this name, it would be rather striking. (Eliora) Like a modern update to Laura. And "Ellie" is a cute nickname for when she's still under 10 or so.

It would be a good name with a sibling named Uriel, since they mean the same thing and are from the came root words. I like the idea of adding an "a" to it to make it feminine.
