Adore this name, it's one of my favorite Hebrew names. I love the nickname Shevy. Although Eli/Ellie could also be a nickname there are so many El names that are popular right now I would hate for my daughter to be Ellie G. Plus Shevy has a spark that Ellie just doesn't have.
