Probably best known as the first name of Italian composer Ennio Morricone.

Italian pronunciation:

EYHN-Nyoh

"E" basically equals "Hey" (when removing the "H"). Pronounce both "NN"s-- most easily accomplished by placing extra emphasis on the "E" beforehand, and strolling slowly through. "I" is stressed to "EE." "O" is as usual, "Oh." It creates "Nee-Oh" technically, but typically morphs to "Nyoh" when spoken. [noted -ed]
