Eyh-Vah-Ree-Stoh

"E" equals "Eyh," or otherwise quite nearly "Hey" (granted you remove the beginning "H"). "A" as in "Father." Roll your "R." Stress "I" to "EE." Rounding off with "Sto," which is pronounced "Stoh." [noted -ed]
