Ferruccio

I would like to note that at least in medieval times, there have likely been cases where Ferruccio is actually a diminutive of the given name Ferrante. After all, -uccio is a masculine diminutive suffix, which was often used on given names in medieval Italy (much more so than in this day and age). See also:
