Actually, the stress could fall on the middle syllable, but I'm not sure: "fin-WA-lah", "fyoon-WA-lah"?

Actually, I think it's a bit more prosaic than that - it's generally pronounced Fin-OO-la. I prefer the other pronunciations though. :)
