Florijan is also used in Slovenia and by ethnic Albanians (not just in Albania itself, but also outside of it, such as Kosovo).
A known bearer of this name was the 18th-century Slovenian politician Florijan von Grafflieiden, who became mayor of Ljubljana in 1720.
