In the Korean movie "Musa" (called "the Warrior" in English) the Ming princess is called Furong. She's played by the beautiful Zhang Ziyi. Because of the character, I think Furong is a very pretty name (even though it's also the name of an (in)famous Chinese internet blogger). I like the way Furong can mean "lotus" or "hibiscus".

I can think of two characters with this name: Fu, a male character from the manga/anime Fullmetal Alchemist; and Fuu (spelled slightly differently but pronounced the same), a female character from the anime Samurai Champloo.

In the Naruto anime and manga, there are two characters with this name:
• Fu, a kunoichi from Takigakure and the jinchūriki of the Seven-Tails.
• Fu Yamanaka, a shinobi from Konohagakure's Yamanaka clan as well as a high-ranking ninja of the disbanded Anbu faction: Root.
