I have a little cousin name Gaelle. It's a pretty name. It's very unique. We pronounce it (Guy-el). Don't say it too fast or too slow and it will sound nice on your tongue.

I think Gaelle is a very elegant name for both an older lady, a younger woman or a little girl. It is very lady-like and sophisticated.

This is a very pretty name. It's got an elegant and sophisticated sound to it. Much better than Noelle, that's for sure.

This name is occasionally given to girls in Ireland because it's similar to the word Gael which means "Irish person" in Irish. (Though Gaëlle isn't an Irish name.)

This spelling looks very pretty, but for some reason the pronunciation makes me think of a ghetto feminization of the name Guy. Guy-Elle.

Reminds me of Gaia.

Used fairly commonly by Haitians. I actually assumed it was a French spelling of Hebrew Gael, but it looks like they're completely different names. Fascinating!

In France we pronounce it "Ga-E-le" because the "e" has a diaeresis, so it's separated as its own syllable.
