My name is Jenessa. When I was little I didn't like it because I hadn't met another Jenessa, and I wished that I was named Jennifer. Now that I'm older, however, I LOVE it. Almost everyone that I've met has commented on how beautiful my name is, and I've never received any negative comments. Sometimes people spell my name 'Janessa' or call me 'Jessica' but it has never been a big deal to me. This name has also never been in the top 1000 names (as of 1900). I highly suggest this name - it's very pretty and unique - but good for all ages. It's gone with me from childhood to adulthood and I love it. :)
