No-one in the English-speaking world will EVER pronounce this as yaw-vee-tah. Nope. With that spelling, it's jow-wit-ta, which sounds like Jabba the Hutt's little sister's name. If you're living in an English-speaking country and you must name your child Jowita, could you just find a pretty phonetic spelling, like Iavita or go with the obvious anglo-hispanic version, Evita instead. Pretty please?
