This name should be pronounced Kæ-lee-uh in my opinion.

Ok, we need to put a stop to this Kay-Lee-Uh nonsense because that's not how English works. It's pronounced KAY-LEE. EA makes a long "EE" sound. You don't pronounce tea as "tee-uh" or sea as "see-uh" or guinea "gi-nee-uh". If you really want it pronounced that way, put an H on the end. Just because it's your name doesn't mean you decide how English works. If you grew up being told that's how your name is pronounced, I'm sorry for you, but your parents were wrong.

This will be pronounced Kay-Lee-Uh, as it should be.
