I know "kae" is pronounced "kay", but I get the overwhelming urge to pronounce it something akin to Kylie. I think Kayleigh is the most sensible spelling for this name.

The name both looks and sounds infantile. The name is awfully common, so it doesn't help to spell it in a crappy way.
